Having trouble getting your radio to start? Then make sure you read on to find out why your radio isn't working and how to reconnect to us again!
Reasons the radio may not start:
- The Radio is offline
- You have been banned from the radio
- You haven't got the needed plugins
- The site hasn't loaded properly
How to re-connect...
1. If you're using firefox and can not see the radio then do not worry, all you need to do is download the windows media player plugin for firefox. To download it click here.
2 . While visiting the site, press CTRL + F5, this will refresh the whole of the site. You will need to hold down CTRL too, this is to bypass the cache, this basically means that the whole site will update and you should be reconnected back to the Radio.
If this doesn't work then just follow the few steps that are below:
3. Another way to re-connect to the radio is to clear your cookies. If you are using Internet Explorer then do the following:
- Click Tools at the top of your browser window
- Go to Internet Options
- Then Clear your Cookies/Tempory Internet Files
4. If you use Mozilla Firefox then follow the steps below:
- Click Tools at the top of the browser window
- Then go to Options
- Click Sercurity
- Then Click Show Cookies
- Then Clear all Cookies
After clearing all your cookies try refreshing the site by pressing CTRL + F5 and you should be able to hear the radio again. If you still cannot tune into the radio please feel free to contact us via the Helptool.
